Just a few more days to go, and we’re bound for DragonCon. I’ve had the great privilege of being a guest speaker there for three years, and always have a fabulous time meeting new people and admiring the sheer artistic talent and hard work of the attendees.
My schedule this year is going to be as follows:
Title: Paranormal Publishing
Time: Fri 11:30 am Location: Augusta – Sheraton (Length: 1 hour)
Description: Learn how to write, create, and publish your work in the paranormal field.
Title: Haunted Hospitals
Time: Sat 05:30 pm Location: Valdosta – Sheraton (Length: 1 hour)
Description: A look inside the operating theaters, emergency rooms, & psych wards of the world’s most haunted hospitals.
Title: Poltergeists and Demons
Time: Sun 04:00 pm Location: Valdosta – Sheraton (Length: 1 hour)
Description: An in-depth look at the science behind the dark side of the paranormal.
I’ll be signing books and chatting with attendees after each one.
If you’re at the con, I really hope you have the time to drop by, check out one of the talks and panels, and say hello.
Last year, we had a great time meeting Steve and Tango from TAPS in the bar. A pair of nicer chaps you could not wish to meet.
It’s become a tradition for our circle of friends to attend the Dragon Con Zombie Walk through downtown Atlanta, which takes place on Friday night this year:
My good friend Keith and I salvaged some old, out-of-service bunker gear and go as zombie firefighters.
